Program Description

Recovery Rx’d is a free program offering CrossFit classes to anyone who is in recovery from substance use disorder. 


The only requirement is 48 hours of continuous sobriety.


Recovery Rx’d provides a structure and community to those who are looking to build a new way of life. Classes are coached by experienced and knowledgeable coaches who are also in recovery, leading you through recovery by building a new way of life!


If you’re in recovery from substance use disorder and have the desire to live sober, we will help you find strength and a new community of friends to support your journey
